About the Company
We are a manufacturer of critical products across the solar component ecosystem, comprising solar glass, aluminium frames, encapsulants such as ethylene vinyl acetate (“EVA”) and expandable polyethylene (“EPE”), and back sheets for solar panels, which are collectively among the foundational components of a solar module. According to the CRISIL Report, we are among the few companies in India positioned across multiple critical components of the solar module value chain. Our products represent approximately 40-45% of the average cost of a bifacial solar module comprising four of its six components required in a solar module, making us an important supplier to India’s rapidly scaling solar module manufacturing industry, according to the CRISIL Report. According to the CRISIL Report, we are the second largest manufacturer of solar glass in India with an installed capacity of 660.00 TPD (corresponding to 4.40 GW) as of March 31, 2026. Further, we have 1,260.00 TPD (corresponding to 8.40 GW) of solar glass manufacturing capacity in advanced stages of commissioning. To achieve our expanded capacity, we have incurred ₹13,730.90 million in capital expenditure towards land lease costs, factory building and civil construction, plant and machinery, electricals and utilities, interest during construction, preliminary and pre-operative list of expenses, debt service reserve account and margin money (“Project Costs”) as of March 31, 2026.

ASBA applications are made through the net banking of a bank account that supports IPO applications — the bank blocks the amount in your account instead of debiting it. UPI applications are offered by brokers that don't provide banking services: you enter your UPI ID and then approve the mandate request in your UPI app.
Either route needs a demat account. You bid for at least one lot, at a price within the or at the cut-off price, and the money stays blocked in your bank account until the is finalised.
Your broker or bank confirms the bid once it has been submitted to the exchange, usually within a few minutes during the bidding window. A UPI application only goes live after you approve the mandate request — ignore it and the bid lapses, even though it looks placed.
