About the Company
In addition to our supply and distribution business, we are engaged in the branding, marketing, and supply of examination and surgical gloves under our brand name “Techno Touch” (Techno Gloves). These gloves are manufactured and procured from third-party manufacturers based on required specifications, marketed under our trademark. Our company supplies range of consumables, medical equipment to various hospitals, medical colleges, healthcare institutions, diagnostic centres and pharmacies, either directly or through network of dealers and distributors. Currently, we have 7 distributors for the promotion and sale of Techno Gloves across Uttar Pradesh and have listed Techno Gloves on e-commerce platforms, including IndiaMART, Flipkart and Amazon, to expand our market reach. Our products are used across various healthcare applications, including surgical procedures, diagnostic testing, patient care and institutional medical training. During Fiscal 2026, we also commenced operations in the medical equipment servicing segment by providing Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (“CMC”) and Annual Maintenance Contracts (“AMC”) for medical equipment sold and installed by us at medical colleges and hospitals. We undertake our business operations through multiple channels including government and institutional tenders, distribution arrangements and direct sales to healthcare service providers. Our participation in government procurement programmes including bidding through e-procurement platform, include government e-Marketplace (“GeM”). During Fiscal 2026, approximately 62.37% of our revenue from operations was derived from the tenders awarded by the government hospitals and institutions.

Pre-apply means placing your Technomed Devices India Ltd. application before the subscription window actually opens. The bid is held and forwarded to the exchange on the opening day, so you don't have to submit it in the rush of the first morning.
Applying early doesn't improve your chances — when an issue is oversubscribed, the for investors is decided by a lottery, not by who applied first. Your money is only blocked once the application reaches the exchange.
You can apply in the Technomed Devices India Ltd. IPO online using either UPI or ASBA as the payment method. ASBA applications are made through the net banking of a bank account that supports IPO applications — the bank blocks the amount in your account instead of debiting it. UPI applications are offered by brokers that don't provide banking services: you enter your UPI ID and then approve the mandate request in your UPI app.
Either route needs a demat account. You bid for at least one lot, at a price within the or at the cut-off price, and the money stays blocked in your bank account until the is finalised.
Your broker or bank confirms the bid once it has been submitted to the exchange, usually within a few minutes during the bidding window. A UPI application only goes live after you approve the mandate request — ignore it and the bid lapses, even though it looks placed.
You can check the Technomed Devices India Ltd. bid independently on the NSE or BSE IPO bid-verification page a day after applying. An ASBA application also shows up as a blocked amount in your bank statement.
