About the Company

We are an India-headquartered integrated solar energy company providing end-to-end solutions to (i) powerconsumers and (ii) renewable energy investors and asset owners. We provide our services across the solar energyproject lifecycle, from early-stage project formation, designing and development and consulting throughcommissioning and long-term operations, through an integrated business model that combines (i) SolarEngineering, Procurement and Construction Services (“Solar EPC”), (ii) Project Development and ConsultancyServices, and (iii) Total Asset Management for such projects customized to meet solar customers’ needs. We haveexpanded our integrated business model to include the development of group captive solar power projects (“GroupCaptive Projects”) for commercial and industrial consumers and also participate as equity investor in such projectsin India. In addition, we supply solar products and equipment, including Solar PV (Photovoltaic) Modules andother related components & accessories. We are also engaged in the ownership and operation of solar power plantsand the sale of electricity generated therefrom.

Use of Proceeds

1. Funding capital expenditure requirement for setting up battery energy storage systems manufacturing facility with an installed capacity of 2.20 GWh (“BESS Project”);2. Repayment and/or prepayment, in full of part, of certain outstanding borrowings availed by our Company; and3. General corporate purposes
