About the Company

We are an infrastructure execution company engaged in providing end-to-end solutions in water supply systems, pipeline networks and allied civil and mechanical works, primarily through an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (“EPC”)-oriented execution model. Our Company operates predominantly under a sub-contracting business model, wherein we do not directly participate in tendering processes but undertake project execution assignments from principal contractors who have been awarded projects by government authorities or other entities. Our operations are largely focused on water infrastructure projects, including Water Treatment Plants (WTPs), pipeline distribution networks and associated facilities, particularly under government-driven initiatives such as the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM). We have locational presence in the state of Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Jharkhand. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards, the same is evident by the ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management, ISO 14001:2015 certification for environmental management, and ISO 45001:2018 certification for occupational health and safety management systems. We undertake projects with or without Operation and Maintenance (“O&M”) obligations, depending upon the scope of work assigned to us under the respective contracts. Our scope of services generally includes site execution, installation, testing and commissioning, procurement of materials and equipment, coordination of project activities and other related works within the scope assigned to us.
