About the Company
We are a consultancy company providing design engineering, project management consultancy and specialised advisory services across India and international markets. Our services span the infrastructure lifecycle, including conceptualisation, feasibility studies, planning, detailed design and engineering, project management, execution support, construction supervision and specialised technical advisory services. We also provide consultancy services for residential, commercial and real estate developments, including planning, design engineering and project management services, enabling us to leverage our multidisciplinary capabilities across infrastructure and built-environment projects. Our portfolio includes over 28 ongoing assignments and completed 35 completed projects.
Use of Proceeds
1. Funding payment of cash purchase consideration for the proposed acquisition of SIDL;2. Repayment and/or prepayment, in full or in part, of certain outstanding borrowings availed by our Company;3. Funding our incremental working capital requirements; and4. Funding inorganic growth through unidentified acquisitions and general corporate purposes.
