About the Company
Our Company provides Integrated Facility Management (“IFM”) services to government entities, other government offices and non-government entities. We specialize in IFM services, offering services relating to Housekeeping Services, Security Services, Manpower Supply and Operations & Maintenance (O&M). With respect to these services, our Company has obtained licenses to operate as a private security agency under the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005 (PSARA) in the states of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Jharkhand and Gujarat. Additionally, we have obtained Shop and Commercial Establishment licenses in the states of Delhi, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh.We operate in primarily in B2G model wherein we provide both soft services - such as housekeeping, security services, and staffing services - and hard services, including electro-mechanical services, repair and maintenance services and facade cleaning.
