We are one of the leading manufacturers and supplier of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) components in India based on the 15% share on our TAM as of FY26 (Source: CARE Report). We possess a robust market presence, serving 8 of the top 10 HVAC manufacturers in the country. (Source: CARE Report) Our presence across multiple product verticals and price points has enabled us to be one of the fastest-growing manufacturers and suppliers of HVAC components in India among the peers considered, based on EBITDA CAGR of 91.59% and a revenue CAGR of 48.17% between FY24 and FY26 (Source: CARE Report). We undertake operations across 5 Manufacturing Facilities located in Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh, of which 3 Manufacturing Facilities are strategically located in proximity to the manufacturing clusters of our customers and other HVAC manufacturers. Our product portfolio finds application in commercial and residential air conditioners, including in (i) window air conditioners (“WACs”) and (ii) spilt air conditioners (“SACs”) (comprising of indoor units (“IDUs”) and outdoor units (“ODUs”)) as well as in the refrigeration industry. (Source: CARE Report) We manufacture and supply a comprehensive range of brass and copper HVAC components across four business verticals, namely, (i) IDU components, such as U-bends, evaporator inlet and outlet tubes, and sockets; (ii) ODU components, such as suction tubes, condenser inlet and outlet tubes, C-bends and discharge tubes; (iii) other HVAC components, such as brass flare nuts and dead nuts; and (iv) refrigeration components, such as refrigeration lines.
