About the Company

We manufacture finished textiles by converting raw, unfinished fabric (commonly called “grey” or “greige” fabric) through a multi-step wet and dry processing sequence known as preparation, dyeing/printing and finishing. We manufacture a range of sarees (on both a white label basis and under our brand Revelo) and fabrics primarily for use in manufacturing three diverse styles of apparel: (i) kitenge and kanga, which we refer to as African print, (ii) modern apparel, such as shirts and pants, and (iii) other South Asian ethnic and traditional dresses and suits fabrics, including fabrics for salwar kameez. We also manufacture a range of women's contemporary, ethnic and occasion wear, including salwar kameez, under our Orcoss brand, which is focussed on the premium segment of the market. In addition, we manufacture a range of Middle Eastern style fabrics. We are focused on producing consistently highquality products at scale through the use of standard operating processes and modern machinery. We use modern digital and rotary printing machines, which are imported from Italy, Austria, Germany and China, the majority of which were purchased in Fiscals 2023 and 2024.
