About the Company

We are one of the leading manufacturers of steel and steel products in India in terms of installed capacity as of March 31, 2026 (Source: CRISIL Report). We have one of the most diversified and integrated manufacturing chains among mid-size steel producers in India (Source: CRISIL Report). Our diversified product portfolio spanning across multiple stages of the steel value chain, comprise semi-finished steel products including sponge iron, and billets and slabs, including M S billets (“Billets and Slabs”), and value-added finished steel products including, thermo-mechanically treated bars (“TMT Bars”), hot rolled coil (strips) (“HR Coils”), wire rods (“Wire Rods”), electric resistance welded pipes and tubes (“ERW Pipes and Tubes”) and ferro alloys, comprising primarily silico manganese (“Ferro Alloys”). Our integrated steel manufacturing operations span from the conversion of iron ore into sponge iron to the manufacturing of value-added finished steel products. We commenced our manufacturing operations in 2005 with one sponge iron rotary kiln having an installed capacity of 30,000 TPA. Over the last two decades, we have expanded our operations through a combination of capacity additions and forward integration initiatives. As of March 31, 2026, our installed manufacturing capacity for sponge iron stood at 675,000 TPA, while our aggregate installed manufacturing capacity across our portfolio of semi-finished and value-added finished steel products was 1,627,500 TPA. Our sponge iron manufacturing facility comprises six rotary kilns of 100 TPD each and six rotary kilns of 250 TPD each, enabling us to operate different kilns using different grades and combinations of raw materials. This operational flexibility allows us to optimize our raw material mix, improve production planning and respond efficiently to changing customer demand and product mix requirements. All of our manufacturing operations are carried out at our manufacturing facility, which is spread across approximately 47.19 hectares at Taraimal, post office Gerwani, Tamnar, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, India (“Manufacturing Facility”) which is strategically located in the mineral-rich state of Chhattisgarh, the steel capital of India (Source: CRISIL Report). Our presence across the steel manufacturing value chain coupled with an integrated manufacturing set up provides us with operational efficiencies and logistical advantages across our operations. As on the date of this Draft Red Herring Prospectus, our Manufacturing Facility is equipped with a 67 MW captive power plant which enables us to reduce our dependence on external sources of power, ensures a reliable and uninterrupted power supply for our manufacturing operations, improves energy efficiency, and provides greater control over power costs, which constitute a significant component of steel manufacturing costs.

UPI applications are offered by brokers that don't provide banking services: you enter your UPI ID and then approve the mandate request in your UPI app.

Either route needs a demat account. You bid for at least one lot, at a price within the or at the cut-off price, and the money stays blocked in your bank account until the is finalised.

Your broker or bank confirms the bid once it has been submitted to the exchange, usually within a few minutes during the bidding window. A UPI application only goes live after you approve the mandate request — ignore it and the bid lapses, even though it looks placed.
