About the Company

We are engaged in the retail and distribution of lifestyle and fashion brands in India, with a network of One Hundred and Thirty Eight (138) stores across Eight (8) states and union territory as June 30, 2026. We are associated with a diverse portfolio of domestic and international brands across the mass, mid-market and premium segments, spanning categories including Apparels, Accessories & Footwear , Jewellery, Home Décor & Furnishing Product and Luggage & Suitcases. Our operations are carried out through multiple sales channels, comprising of Exclusive Brand Outlets (“EBOs”), MultiBrand Outlets (“MBOs”) and wholesale distribution (B2B), within our EBO and MBO network, Company operates through Company-Operated and Franchise-Operated formats based on different commercial arrangements with our brand partners. Our integrated retail and distribution model enable us to build and strengthen brand partnerships, with a focus on globally recognised and aspirational brands catering to urban and brand-conscious consumers seeking quality, comfort and contemporary designs. Our EBO network includes stores for brands such as Tanishq, Mia by Tanishq, Caratlane, Skechers United Colors of Benetton, Celio, The Souled Stores, Snitch, Highlander, Campus and Various other brands under Arvind Fashions Limited. Through our retail operations, we undertake activities including store operations, sales management, staffing, merchandising, inventory management and customer engagement, depending on the applicable arrangement with the respective brand partner. We also operate MBOs, through which products across multiple brands are offered through a single retail format. Our diversified brand portfolio, store formats, sales channels and distribution capabilities enable us to address varied consumer preferences across different market segments while providing our brand partners with an integrated platform for retail and distribution across our operating markets.
