The National Highways Authority of India has introduced OneTag to upgrade the FASTag system and simplify toll payments for commuters. Previously, changing banks required users to remove and replace the physical FASTag sticker on their vehicle windshield.
How OneTag Works
Users can now link their existing FASTag to different bank accounts seamlessly. This interoperability allows vehicle owners to switch their preferred bank for toll deductions without obtaining a new tag.
