About the Company
TNA Solutions Limited ("TNA" or the "Company") is engaged in the manufacturing of home textile products for domestic andinternational customers. We manufacture a range of value-added home furnishing products including sheet sets, pillowshells/covers, towels, and top of bed products (comforters, mattress protectors, quilts) using greige fabric procured fromweavers and finished fabric which we procure from mills, processing houses and stockists. Our manufacturing facility is locatedin Indore, Madhya Pradesh, where the procured fabric undergoes cutting, stitching, embroidery, finishing, quality assurance,packaging and dispatch as finished products.
Use of Proceeds
1) Funding of capital expenditure requirement towards civil construction of the new manufacturing unit and purchase of plant and machinery;2) Funding of Working Capital Requirements; and3) General corporate purposes.
