About the Company
Tirupati Balaji Exim Limited is engaged in the manufacture and supply of wool-based products, including wool tops, blended wool tops, scoured raw wool, worsted wool yarns, blended yarns and wool-based woven fabrics. The Company operates as an integrated wool processor within the textile value chain, converting greasy raw wool into intermediate and finished textile materials that are supplied to downstream textile manufacturers, garment producers and fabric processors. Our operations primarily involve the procurement of greasy raw wool, which is processed through scouring to remove grease, vegetable matter and impurities. The scoured fibre undergoes carding and combing processes to produce wool tops, which are semi-processed fibres used for spinning into yarn. The combing process also generates by-products such as wool noils and fibre waste, which are sold in domestic and export markets. Wool tops are further processed through drawing, gilling, speed frame and ring frame operations to manufacture worsted yarns and blended yarns. The Company produces natural white yarns, dyed yarns and blended yarns, including wool-viscose blends, wool-polyester blends and other fibre combinations, depending on customer specifications. Yarn manufactured in-house may also be utilised in the weaving division for production of wool-based woven fabrics.
