Capital ExpenditureTo fund the capital expenditure requirements of our Company towards procurement and installation of material handling and warehouse equipment, office equipment and other related equipment and fit-outs for warehouse operations at Banur (Punjab), Vapi (Gujarat), Bhiwandi (Maharashtra), Manesar (Haryana), Dhulagarh (West Bengal) and Sreerampore (West Bengal).B. Working CapitalTo fund the working capital requirements of the existing as well as the proposed business operations.C. Repayment or pre-payment, in full or in part, of certain borrowings availed by our CompanyTo repay and/or pre-pay, in full or in part, certain outstanding borrowings availed by our Company, thereby reducing our outstanding indebtedness and finance costs and strengthening our balance sheet.D. General Corporate PurposeTo be utilized towards Strategic initiatives, partnerships, joint ventures and acquisitions; Brand building and strengthening of promotional, marketing activities and advisory; On-going general corporate exigencies or any other purposes as approved by the Board subject to compliance with the necessary regulatory provisions etc.
