About the Company

Our principal product portfolio comprises columns, pressure vessels, cyclones, heat exchangers, plates, pipelines and fittings, and other custom-engineered process equipment. These products are manufactured in accordance with the customer-specific technical specifications and applicable industry requirements. Mr. Devan Somraj Dua is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company and has 22 years of experience in the integrated project execution solutions industry. He is actively involved in formulating the strategic direction of our Company and overseeing its day-to-day operations. Under his leadership, our Company has strengthened its capabilities in the engineering, design and manufacturing of static process equipment and has developed a track record focused on quality, reliability and timely execution. Further, Mr. Devan Somraj Dua is supported by an experienced team comprising engineers, planning and production personnel, quality assurance and quality control professionals, and skilled technical personnel. The combined experience of our Promoter, management team and workforce enables us to provide customised engineering solutions addressing the diverse requirements of customers across process industries. We operate a manufacturing facility located at Plot No. A-74 and A-74/1, Sinnar Industrial Area, Village – Malegoan, Taluka and Sub –District – Sinnar, District – Nashik, Maharashtra, spread across a total area of 10,005 square metres, of which approximately 5,359.98 square metres comprises covered and open fabrication areas supported by material handling, forming, welding, machining, testing, and finishing. The workshops are configured for execution of multiple custom fabrication assignments rather than operation of a single repetitive production line for customised heavy-engineered static process equipments and allied fabricated solutions products and the remaining area is open land and is currently utilised, among other purposes, for the storage and handling of raw materials and other materials used in our manufacturing operations. Such open area also provides us with flexibility for future expansion of our manufacturing activities, including installation of additional machinery and development of supporting infrastructure, subject to applicable approvals and business requirements.
