About the Company
We are India’s largest home-grown branded manufacturer of absorbent hygiene products in value terms in Fiscal 2026, among pure-play branded companies. We successfully pioneered the adult absorbent hygiene category in India and have evolved from being a category creator in this segment into the largest company in the branded adult absorbent hygiene category in India for the last seven years, in value terms, as of March 31, 2026. (Source: Redseer Report) We have developed a diversified presence across adult, baby, and feminine absorbent hygiene segments. We offer a comprehensive product portfolio across absorbent hygiene categories, comprising adult absorbent hygiene products under Friends and B-Fit brands, baby absorbent hygiene products under Teddyy and Snuggy brands, and feminine absorbent hygiene products under the RIO brand.
Use of Proceeds
1. Prepayment or repayment of all or a portion of certain outstanding borrowings availed by our Company; 2. Investment in our Subsidiary, NHBPL for part financing the augmentation of production capacity at Halol through: a. setting up of the brownfield manufacturing-cum-warehousing facility within the boundaries of the Existing Halol Land (defined below) (such facility, the “New Facility”); and b. purchase and installation of adult diaper machine line at Halol. 3. General corporate purposes.
