About the Company

Our Company is engaged in providing integrated engineering solutions across infrastructure systems in both greenfield and brownfield projects through three business segments, namely Engineering Design and Consulting, Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) Projects and Operations and Maintenance Services, enabling it to undertake activities across the project lifecycle including project conceptualisation, design and planning, execution and post installation support. Our Company began its journey in 2019 as a fire safety solutions provider, primarily engaged in the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire safety systems for industrial, commercial, residential and institutional clients. Over time, it gradually expanded its service offerings into allied engineering areas such as Building Management Systems (BMS), Data Centre and IT Infra solutions, and Plumbing (MEP) works and electronic security. Presently, the Company operates as a diversified engineering solutions provider, offering engineering design and consultation, end-to-end project execution and operations and maintenance services across multiple technical domains. As on the date of this Draft Red Herring Prospectus, our Company has completed over 200 projects across 6 states in India.
