About the Company

We are in the business of processing, manufacturing, marketing and sale of various products across the soya bean products value chain, including crude and edible refined oil, plant based protein supplement for feed and food grade soya meal, value-added products like soya flour and Textured Soya Protein (“TSP”) and byproducts such as lecithin and other speciality and industrial chemicals. We produce and market food grade soya meal products such as non-GMO defatted toasted and untoasted soya flakes and grits in domestic and international market to manufacturers of Soya sauce, TSP and other Food products. In addition, we are also engaged in the business of refining and sale of cottonseed oil. We are also in the field of manufacturing of Sunflower oil wherein we purchase refined sunflower oil add additive and pack it in different SKUs for sale. We majorly distribute, sell and market our edible soya bean oil and cottonseed oil in the domestic market under our owned brand “Murli”. We produce and market our feed grade soya meal products containing protein ranging from 46% to 50% & full fat meal with protein content of approximately 38% under the brand “MOEL” for aqua and feed industry. This feed grade soya meal is produced for both domestic and international market. For the Fiscals 2026, 2025 and 2024, we exported 49,282.32 MT, 40,270.27 MT and 36,637.07 MT, respectively of soya flakes, which is primarily used for the production of soya sauce. We are India’s largest exporter of food grade toasted soya flakes in terms of volume.
