About the Company

From FY2015, the Company started providing end-to-end products, solutions, tools and technologies for forensic sciences, fingerprint science, cyber/digital forensics, social-media analytics and big-data analytics, with a focus on Total Evidence Management and Law-Enforcement solutions across India. The business is led by Mr. Shammer Saralal Shah (Founder & Managing Director) and assisted by Mr. Tulsidas Hinduja Ashok kumar (Chief Operating Officer). The Company supplies crime scene investigation products and solutions, conducts product demonstrations and awareness programmes on evidence-management best practices, and maintains a sales and marketing presence across major states in India, serving police departments, forensic laboratories and training institutes.The Company’s product offerings are divided into two segments :-? Sales of Goods (Products as mentioned in points 1-4 given below)? Sales of Services (for the rental of forensic equipment as provided below)1. Forensics Science & Physical Evidence Solutions: it covers a wide range of forensic kits which includes fingerprint forensics (powders, brushes, lifting tapes, fingerprint kits), footprint and impression kits, general forensic equipment (alternate light sources, handheld devices, laboratory instruments), evidence collection kits (for explosives, narcotics, blood, body fluids, gunshot residue), and ballistics and scene documentation kits. In addition, the Company supplies related consumables kits as and when required to refill. In recent years the company added in-house developed & assembled handheld devices and controlled environment chamber/cabinets to this segment.2. Mobile CSI Vehicle (MCSIV) segment: it covers offering of fully equipped forensic vans, mobile forensic laboratories, and motorcycle fitted with scientific kits. Although, as of now, Company has sold Mini Mobile CSI Vehicle (SUV, small van) and Macro Mobile CSI Laboratory (large van/traveller bus). These vehicles enable on-site crime scene investigation by providing tools for evidence collection, preservation, and preliminary analysis, ensuring timely response and reducing immediate dependency on centralized forensic experts.3. Cyber & Digital Forensics segments: it covers tools and software used to extract, preserve, and analyze digital evidence. This includes mobile and computer data retrievers, social media analysis tools, virtual forensic computing platforms, digital kits, forensic imagers, and write-blockers, enabling investigators to securely handle and interpret electronic data for criminal investigations.4. DNA Forensics segment: it covers solutions for biological evidence management, including DNA sample collection kits, sexual assault evidence kits, genetic analyzers, DNA database systems and rapid DNA testing solutions such as Rapid HT and SmallPondSoftware a web-based DNA databasing and profile-matching system. For secure storage and matching of STR profiles, we deploy DNA database solutions i.e SmallPond—for which the Company is an authorised, non-exclusive reseller in India along with covering licensing, installation, user training &support.Additionally, for all four segments (point 1 to 4), the Company provides operating training and support at delivery and post-delivery support via telephone, online/remote assistance and on-site visits, as required.5. Sales of Services i.e Rental (Handheld Scanner for Liquor Detection) - The Company provides a rental/sub-lease model for handheld scanners used by enforcement agencies for liquor detection, which is bundled with manpower support.
