About the Company

We are engaged in the manufacturing of lead-acid batteries, which are used across solar power applications, inverters and automobiles. The battery we manufacture is the same across these applications; it is only configured differently, in terms of voltage, capacity and casing, to suit the intended use. Our lead-acid batteries are used as tractor batteries in the automobile segment, as inverter batteries for power backup applications, and as part of our solar power generating systems. We also assemble and sell solar power generating systems, comprising off-grid, on-grid and hybrid systems. Our off-grid systems are powered by battery storage and operate independent of grid supply, our on-grid systems do not use batteries and export surplus solar energy back to the grid, and our hybrid systems combine grid-tied operation with battery backup. In addition to our own manufacturing, we undertake contract manufacturing for third parties, pursuant to which we manufacture batteries at our facility in accordance with specifications provided by such third parties, with products sold under the relevant third party's brand rather than our own. We are also engaged in trading of batteries, including lithium batteries or solar based appliances, and related components sourced from other manufacturers.
