About the Company
Our Company is engaged in providing integrated end-to-end telecommunication infrastructure services and also undertakes construction services and underground utility infrastructure projects for sectors including oil & gas, water, and sewerage. We primarily derive our revenue from the telecommunication segment, particularly through our operation and maintenance (“O&M”) services and execute projects pursuant to work orders awarded by our customers by deploying our technical expertise, skilled workforce and project management resources in accordance with the scope specified under such work orders across the network lifecycle. Our Company undertakes projects across India through its business verticals. While our telecommunication services are primarily concentrated in North India, our construction and oil & gas sewerage projects are executed across various regions of the country.
