About the Company

We are engaged in the manufacturing of cotton yarn and the trading of cotton bales and cotton yarn. Our cotton yarn productportfolio comprises of (i) EliTwist technology based compact yarn, (ii) conventional compact yarn, (iii) carded yarn and (iv)combed yarn. Our EliTwist technology based compact yarn and conventional compact yarn are offered in both carded andcombed form, and we accordingly manufacture a variety of yarn variants in aggregate. We regard our EliTwist technologybased compact yarn as a value-added product by reason of its technical characteristics, being superior yarn strength ascompared to conventional compact yarn, lower hairiness, enhanced abrasion resistance, improved fabric appearance andsurface smoothness, reduced pilling technology and better dimensional stability. Further, as per D&B report the EliTwisttechnology based compact yarn commands a price premium over conventional carded yarn. Our yarn is supplied as anintermediate input across a variety of downstream textile segments, including garment, knitwear, denim, home textiles,premium fabrics and other textile products. In addition to manufacturing, we also undertake the trading of cotton bales andcotton yarn on an opportunity basis which draws upon the same procurement network, quality assessment infrastructure andstorage capacity that support our spinning operations. The trading activities in cotton bales and cotton yarn are undertakenby us when prevailing market conditions present a favourable differential between procurement and sale prices, and not as aregular or committed line of business.
