About the Company

We are India’s first and only authorized national level physical delivery-based gas trading exchange, providing an organized, transparent and technology-enabled marketplace for trading natural gas, (Source: CRISIL Report) in accordance with the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Gas Exchange) Regulations, 2020, as amended (“Gas Exchange Regulations”). We cater to a broad spectrum of stakeholders across the natural gas value chain, including gas producers, gas marketing companies, city gas distribution companies, power generation companies, refineries, fertilizer companies, LNG terminal operators and industrial consumers. We provide Proprietary Members, Trading and Clearing Members, Clearing Members and Clients (collectively, “Participants”) on our Exchange access to a diverse suite of 10 standardized natural gas contracts as well as four kinds of small-scale liquefied natural gas (“ssLNG”) contracts, as of March 31, 2026. Our standardized natural gas contracts include: (i) fixed price contracts (intra-day, day-ahead, daily, weekly, weekday, fortnightly, monthly, and balance-ofmonth), and (ii) term-ahead or index-linked contracts (three-month and six-month), allowing Participants to optimize procurement and sales decisions based on market conditions. Our standardized ssLNG contracts include daily, fortnightly, monthly and balance-of-month contracts. We categorise Participants on our Exchange in the following manner: • Proprietary Members are members who can trade and clear for their own account or on account of their affiliates or associates as their clients but not on account of anyone else. • Trading and Clearing Members are members who can trade and clear only on behalf of their clients and not on their own account or on account of their affiliates or associates. • Clearing Members are members who only have clearing rights to clear and settle trades executed on our Exchange. • Clients are registered on our Exchange through a Trading and Clearing Member or Proprietary Member as a buyer/seller. They have the option to settle their financial obligations through their respective members or directly with our Exchange.
