About the Company

We are engaged in the manufacturing and supply of blankets. Our blanket product portfolio comprises three principal categories, namely (i) mink blankets, (ii) cloudy blankets, and (iii) semi-cloudy blankets. These products are manufactured at our facility located in Haryana and are marketed under our brand name, “Decent Blankets”. We operate as a B2B enterprise, focusing on wholesale and bulk sales to distributors, traders and other institutional buyers across our target markets. In addition to our blanket manufacturing operations, we also manufacture shoddy yarn and are engaged in the trading of polyester yarn, which contributes to the diversification of our product offerings and revenue streams. Our manufacturing facility is strategically located at 101 Milestone, Grand Trunk Road, Kohand, Karnal, Haryana – 132114, India. Its presence within the Panipat–Karnal offers various structural advantages. According to Infomerics Report, Panipat holds a dominant position in the blanket manufacturing segment and is estimated to account for nearly three-fourths (approximately 75%) of India’s total blanket production. This concentration of production capacity, supported by established supply chains, skilled workforce, and integrated processing capabilities, positions the cluster as a critical contributor to the domestic home furnishing industry as well as a key supplier to export markets.
