About the Company
We are a leading technology-first Revenue Cycle Management (“RCM”) solutions provider serving U.S. healthcare providers through a comprehensive platform combining AI-driven solutions, data analytics and specialized global delivery capabilities (Source: Everest Group Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Intelligent Operations PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2026). We contract directly with U.S.-based leading health systems (integrated delivery networks comprising system-owned hospitals and employed or affiliated physician groups), hospitals and large physician groups establishing direct relationships to optimize their revenue cycle operations across patient access, coding, billing and collections - enabling them to maximize revenue realization, reduce administrative costs and focus on delivering clinical care. We have also been awarded Best-in-KLAS Most Improved Services Solution 2024.
Use of Proceeds
1. Repayment and/or prepayment, in part or full, of certain borrowings availed by two wholly owned indirect Subsidiaries of our Company, namely, AGS Health BCP LLC and AGS Health BCP Holdings, Inc., (“Identified Subsidiaries”) through investment in such Subsidiaries; and2. General corporate purposes.
