Wipro shares climbed 1.12% to Rs. 184.75 following the launch of its Applied AI Center of Excellence (CoE) for Claude models. The CoE, located at its Bengaluru innovation hub, is a key initiative under Wipro’s new AI-Native Business & Platforms Unit.
- Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Inc., USA, launched Methylene Blue Injection USP, 50 mg/10 mL (5 mg/mL) Single‐Dose Vial in the US market.
- The reference listed drug for this product recorded annual sales of approximately $19.0 million through April 2026.
- Paradeep Parivahan commenced deploying approximately 45 EIM Ashwa 4×2, 55-Tonne Electric Heavy-Duty Tractor Trailers for UltraTech Cement Limited.
FIIs Net Sellers in Derivatives
Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were significant net sellers in the index futures and options segments on June 16, offloading a total of Rs 37124.42 crore.
- Net selling in index options: Rs 38907.23 crore.
- Net buying in index futures: Rs 1782.81 crore.
- FIIs also sold stock futures worth Rs 1727.43 crore and stock options worth Rs 32.45 crore.
- The overall Futures & Options (F&O) total turnover on June 16 stood at Rs 5,52,57,547.15 crore, with Index Options contributing Rs 5,47,55,896.15 crore.
