SRIT India files its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI to raise Rs 218 crore entirely through a fresh issue of shares for growth and debt repayment.

SRIT India has officially initiated the process for a mainboard initial public offering by filing its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The technology solutions provider intends to raise Rs 218 crore through the issuance of new equity shares.

Offering Structure and Capital Allocation

Unlike many recent market offerings, this particular IPO does not feature an offer-for-sale component. Every rupee raised from the fresh issue will go directly into company operations rather than exiting shareholders.

  • Instrument: Fresh issue of equity shares
  • Component: Zero offer-for-sale

Utilisation of Proceeds

The capital generated from the public issue is earmarked for specific balance sheet adjustments and operational requirements. Management plans to direct the funds toward three main corporate objectives.

  • Supporting ongoing working capital needs
  • Funding general corporate activities
