Orient Cables (India) is hitting the public markets with an initial public offering to raise up to Rs 582 crore. The issue opens for subscription on September 25, 2026 and closes on September 29, 2026.

The company is offering 2,13,95,346 shares through a 100 percent book building process. Investors will eye the details closely:
- Face value of each share is Rs 1.
- Price band is set at Rs 258 to 272 per equity share.
- Qualified Institutional Buyers receive not more than 50% of the issue, with 5% reserved for mutual funds.
- Non-institutional bidders get not less than 15%.
- Retail investors are allocated the remaining 35%.
