Industrial solutions provider EcoSys (Malaysia) Bhd is launching an initial public offering on Bursa Malaysia to raise RM39.34 million. The company specializes in ultra-high purity fabrication and abatement systems for the semiconductor industry.

The public offering involves new shares issued at a fixed price. Here is the breakdown of the share offering structure:

- New shares issued: 145.70 million
- Issue price per share: 27 sen
- Enlarged share capital stake: 25.5%
Fund Allocation and Expansion Plans
Management has designated specific targets for the capital raised from the public offering. India represents a significant growth region, having contributed a major portion of the company revenue.
- Abatement segment investment: RM17 million
- Debt repayment: RM8 million
- Operational and machinery upgrades: RM4.93 million
- India market expansion: RM1.54 million
- India revenue contribution in 2025: 35.1%
The remaining capital will cover working capital needs and listing expenses. M&A Securities Sdn Bhd acts as the principal adviser, sponsor, underwriter, and placement agent for the transaction.
