Dudani Retail operates from its rented premises in Jaipur, Rajasthan, managing cutting, stitching, finishing, quality checks, and dispatch in-house. Value-added processes like fabric dyeing, printing, and embroidery are handled through third-party processors.

The company manages several brand lines across different apparel segments:

• Divena: Women’s ethnic and fusion wear including suit sets, kurtas, dresses, tops, tunics, kaftans, co-ord sets, sarees, and bottom wear.
• Millennial Men: Men’s wear portfolio operating entirely on a trading basis through online channels.
• Cosse: Selective trading of personal care and lifestyle products based on sourcing and demand.

Licensed Manufacturing Operations

The company also manufactures products under licensed arrangements with Fashion and Lifestyle marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. These agreements permit production under specified trademarks in accordance with partner design briefs and quality standards.
