This move involves acquiring additional shares for up to 17.58 billion rupees ($184.01 million), which will increase its holding to 32.8%.

- ACME Solar Holdings Limited secured a Letter of Award from the Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) for a 300 MW assured peak power project in India.
- This project carries a 25-year tenure with a tariff of Rs 6.00 per kWh, commencing supply 18 months from the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) signing.
- Tejas Networks shares surged 8% after receiving a Letter of Intent valued at Rs 15.37 billion from Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).
