Ather’s Growth Trajectory

Ather Energy designs and sells electric two-wheelers, also managing an EV charging network. The company reported a turnover of ₹3,671.76 crore for the fiscal year ending March 2026, marking a nearly 63% increase from the prior year.

This investment aligns with Ather’s ongoing preferential fundraise of ₹1,200 crore. Hero MotoCorp was already allotted convertible warrants representing an investment of nearly ₹1,000 crore upon full conversion within this larger fundraise.
