Dhoot Transmission’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) is set to launch from August 10-12, 2026, aiming to raise INR 3,066.89 crore. The company will utilize the funds primarily for debt reduction and establishing new manufacturing facilities.

This IPO involves 3,52,18,047 shares, with an issue price range of INR 829 to INR 871 per share. The minimum bid lot size for investors is 17 shares.

IPO Allocation Details

  • 50% for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB)
  • 15% for Non-Institutional Investors (NII)
  • 35% for Retail investors

The net proceeds from the IPO are earmarked for repaying outstanding borrowings and investing in subsidiaries for further debt repayment. Dhoot Transmission also plans to set up new wiring harness manufacturing plants in Jhajjar, Haryana, and Shoolagiri, Tamil Nadu.
