Capacite Infraprojects has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) amounting to approximately ₹741 Crore, excluding GST, from Mahindra Lifespace Developers. This significant contract marks a key development for the company’s civil contracting operations.

The LOI specifically covers the core and shell construction work for two major projects. These include Mahindra Rainforest located at Kanjurmarg and Mahindra Beacon Hill in Mahalaxmi.

In adherence to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s internal Code of Conduct, the trading window for Capacite Infraprojects securities is closed. This closure will remain in effect for up to 48 hours following the dissemination of this disclosure.

The company noted that this work order was secured in the normal course of business. It forms an integral part of Capacite Infraprojects’ ordinary civil contracting operations, reinforcing its market position.
