IPO Structure and Key Sellers
The proposed offering includes both new units and an offer for sale from existing investors.
- The fresh issue component is valued at Rs 500 crore units.
- An offer for sale will see up to 30.47 crore units offloaded by current investors.
- Brookfield-controlled BIF IV Jarvis India is set to be the largest seller, planning to divest up to 18.86 crore units.

Altius operates as one of India’s largest telecom infrastructure platforms, demonstrating significant market reach.
- The company manages 2.58 lakh sites and 3.15 lakh tenancies.
- Its operations span all 22 telecom circles across India.
- Altius holds an estimated 39% market share by sites.
Financial Performance
The company reported strong financial results for the fiscal year 2026, indicating robust growth.
- Profit increased by 31.8% to Rs 1,106.6 crore in FY26, up from Rs 839.9 crore in FY25.
- Revenue also saw a significant rise of 24.2%, reaching Rs 24,165 crore in FY26 compared to Rs 19,454 crore in the previous year.
The fresh capital generated from the IPO will be directed towards portfolio assets and critical capital expenditure. This strategic allocation aims to strengthen the company’s existing infrastructure and support future growth initiatives across its extensive network.
