Shriram Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended equity scheme named ‘Shriram Large & Mid Cap Fund'. The New Fund Offer price will be Rs 10 per unit during the NFO. Entry load will be nil. Exit load will be 1% of the applicable NAV, if redeemed within 1 month from the date of allotment; and Nil- if redeemed after 1 month from the date of allotment. The Scheme offers Growth Option and Income Distribution Cum Capital Withdrawal Option for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 10 crore.

The performance will be benchmarked against Nifty Large Midcap 250 TRI. The minimum application will be Rs 500 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter.

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate long-term capital appreciation by investing in a diversified portfolio of equity and equity related securities, predominantly in large and mid-cap stocks at the time of investment.
