Investment Objective

The investment objective of the Scheme is to invest in equity and debt securities and pass on the collection proceeds to Class A and Class B Unit holders in accordance with the Priority of Distributions specified in the Offer Document. The Class A units would be provided a specific participation rate in the return of S&P CNX Nifty Index and will have priority over Class B units for distribution. The Fund would provide 40% participation in the Equity Markets for Class A units holders. Thus the holder of class A would receive 40% of the returns of S&P CNX Nifty Index on the date of maturity.
