Indian equities extended losses on Tuesday, with the Nifty closing at 24,154.90, pressured by global tensions and rising crude prices. FIIs turned net buyers, injecting ₹1,651 crore.

Indian equity benchmarks continued their losing streak on Tuesday, driven by fading hopes for Middle East peace, elevated crude oil prices, and rising US Treasury yields. The broader market sentiment remained cautious, with key indices closing in the red.
