Indian SaaS company Wingify is raising ₹1,381 Cr (approximately $149 million) in a strategic funding round led by its majority shareholder, Everstone Capital. The investment follows Wingify’s recent merger with Paris-based AB Tasty, a move designed to create a more robust experimentation and personalization platform.

According to filings with the of Companies (RoC), Wingify’s board approved the allotment of 1,608,199 equity shares at a price of ₹8,590 each. Everstone Capital, through its Everdoc Pte. Ltd arm, is investing ₹1,249.7 Cr (around $135 million), with existing investor Vyom Mankekar adding ₹84 Cr. Wingify CEO Sparsh Gupta and CTO Ankit Jain are also participating in the round.

The merger with AB Tasty, announced three months prior, aims to form an entity valued at over $500 million, with combined revenues nearing $120 million and a customer base of 4,000 across 90 countries. Everstone’s additional investment signals confidence in the combined entity’s growth potential.

Founded in 2009, Wingify’s flagship platform, VWO, specializes in A/B testing, enabling businesses to test user interface features and optimize conversion rates. The company claims its platform is used by over 3,000 companies globally and has an annual recurring revenue (ARR) nearing $60 million. In December 2025, Wingify acquired AI startup Blitzllama to enhance VWO’s user research capabilities.

This funding round occurs amidst the expansion of India’s SaaS market, which is projected to exceed $70 billion by 2030. Recent investments in the SaaS space include Noon raising $44 million and Uncia securing $3 million, reflecting investor interest in the sector.
