About the Company

We are engaged in the business of designing, engineering, manufacturing, supplying and erecting Pre-Engineered Buildings(“PEBs”) and providing structural steel solutions for industrial, warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure and otherapplications. We provide end-to-end services covering design and detailing, procurement of raw materials, fabrication, logistics andon-site installation, enabling us to offer integrated solutions to customers across diverse industrial sectors in India. Our integratedapproach allows us to manage various stages of a project, from design and engineering to fabrication and installation at the projectsite.

Use of Proceeds

1) Financing the capital expenditure requirements towards setting up a new PEB manufacturing unit;2) Funding to meet working capital requirements;3) Repayment and/or pre-payment, in full or part, of borrowing availed by our Company; and4) General Corporate Purpose.
