About the Company

We are an integrated engineering projects and services company established in the year 1994, offering (i) end-toend execution of turnkey engineering projects, (ii) supply of critical equipment and spare parts, (iii) installation and overhauling support services, (iv) and specialized manpower services (“Business Verticals”) for customers primarily operating in offshore and onshore oil & gas, defence and power sectors, in India and internationally. Our revenue from operations is derived from both our offshore and onshore business operations, with our offshore operations contributing a majority share. Our offshore operations have contributed to our revenue from operations up to ₹749.32 million, ₹1,169.95 million and ₹965.65 million, representing 70.81 %, 83.57 % and 81.90 %, of our total revenue from operations in Fiscals 2026, 2025 and 2024, respectively. During the same periods, our onshore operations contributed to our revenue from operations upto ? 308.94 million, ? 229.94 million and ? 213.39 million, representing 29.19 %, 16.43 % and 18.10 % of our total revenue from operations in Fiscals 2026, 2025 and 2024, respectively.
