About the Company

Our Company is engaged in the business of providing testing, inspection and certification (“TIC”) and related technical services to clients across various industries in India and overseas. Our service portfolio includes, inter alia, testing services, inspection services, certification, and related technical services, which support our customers in meeting regulatory, technical, safety, quality and environmental requirements. Our activities encompass (i) laboratory-based testing services, including geological and metallurgical testing and food, pharmaceutical, coal and material testing; (ii) field-based inspection across oil and gas, power and process, building and infrastructure and general engineering, renewable sectors; (iii) management system certification, sustainability assurance, digital assurance services and related conformity assessment services, and technical training services through our Indian Register Quality Systems (“IRQS”) division, and (iv) specialised project management consultancy, transaction advisory, health, safety and environment (“HSE”), design technical services and non-destructive testing (“NDT”) (advanced and civil) services.
