About the Company

We operate an integrated fresh fruit supply chain through a tree-to-table business model. Our operations cover the value chain from procurement through direct engagement with farmers at the pre-harvest stage to sorting, grading, waxing, ripening, controlled atmosphere (“CA”) storage, processing and logistics. We distribute fresh fruit through our vast network of distributors and retailers under our consumer brand, FRESHPICK. Our model enables us to offer a diversified product portfolio, maintain consistent quality, support innovation and provide our customers with reliable, cost-efficient and timely solutions. Our Company was incorporated as a private limited company in 2009 and is headquartered in Delhi-NCR. The association of the Promoter family with the fresh fruit trading industry dates back to 1966, when the earlier generations of the Promoter family commenced their involvement in the fresh fruit industry. We source raw fruits through: (a) our relationships with a network of over 12,000 farmers, whose landholdings are estimated to aggregate approximately 36,700 acres
