Three Indian companies—Desco Infratech, MSP Steel & Power, and Rajshree Polypack—have recently secured significant orders and agreements. These developments signal positive momentum in their respective sectors, from infrastructure to renewable energy and packaging.
Desco Infratech’s Pipeline Project
Desco Infratech received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Sabarmati Gas, a joint venture of GSPC and BPCL. The order is for laying, installation, testing, and commissioning of steel gas pipelines for FDODO CNG Station Connectivity.
- The broad consideration or size of the order is Rs 15.06 crore, inclusive of GST.
- Desco Infratech specializes in infrastructure and maintenance services for city gas distribution divisions in India.
MSP Steel & Power’s Green Energy Push
MSP Steel & Power has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Elevate Solar Energy. This 25-year agreement is for the procurement of solar power, optimizing energy costs and increasing the company’s renewable energy consumption.
- The PPA relates to a contracted quantity of 10MWp (DC) of electricity per annum.
- The tariff rate is set at Rs 3.17 per unit.
- The company is also stated to acquire a 26% stake as part of the arrangement.
Rajshree Polypack Secures Swiss-Backed Order
Rajshree Polypack has secured a new order from a wholly owned Indian subsidiary of a Switzerland-based packaging giant. The order involves the supply of plastic rigid sheets.
- The order is valued at approximately Rs 1.84 crore.
- Fulfillment of this order is expected by June 2026, or as mutually agreed upon by the parties.
