3i Infotech Renews NCDEX Contract for ₹14.71 Crore
3i Infotech has secured a significant three-year contract renewal from the National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX). The deal, valued at ₹14.71 crore, was received on June 18, 2026.
- The contract covers managed services, onsite Facility Management Services (FMS), and Asset Management services.
- Key services include infrastructure management, data centre operations, disaster recovery, server and database administration, network security, and end-user support.
Shyam Metalics Invests in Green Energy
Separately, Shyam Metalics and Energy has strategically acquired a 26% equity stake in Emerge Green Power (EGPPL) for ₹75 lakh. This investment makes EGPPL an Associate company.
- Shyam Metalics acquired 26,000 equity shares in EGPPL.
- This move allows Shyam Metalics to qualify as a captive user under the Electricity Act, 2003.
- The aim is to leverage preferential tariffs, reducing overall energy costs and utilizing environment-friendly renewable energy sources.
