Wadhwa Group Holdings Ltd has officially started its public listing process by pre-filing draft papers with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). This submission uses the confidential pre-filing route.
The confidential route allows organizations to submit offer documents without immediately exposing sensitive financial details to the public. The company confirmed this submission in a public announcement on September 29, 2026.
Portfolio And Real Estate Footprint
The Mumbai-based real estate developer holds a substantial presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Its development history spans residential, commercial, and township sectors.

- A total portfolio covering approximately 45 million square feet.

Mahindra And Embraer Advance Transport Aircraft Plans
The Mahindra Group and Brazilian aerospace firm Embraer have identified Nagpur as the designated site for a potential Final Assembly Line. This development depends on the C-390 Millennium being selected for the Indian Air Force’s Medium Transport Aircraft program.
Both entities are coordinating with the Government of Maharashtra to finalize infrastructure requirements. The partnership builds upon previous milestones between the two organizations.
