Viviana Power Tech is significantly expanding its manufacturing capabilities, aiming to produce 400 KV transformers by the end of fiscal year 2028 (FY28) from a new greenfield plant near Vadodara. This strategic move transforms the company from an EPC contractor into a vertically integrated power transmission and distribution platform.
Key Expansion Details
The new multi-product facility, spanning 14 acres in the Vadodara district, involves a capital expenditure of ₹100 crore. Production is expected to commence by the end of FY28.
- Transformer rating capacity will increase to 20 MVA by FY26-27.
- A 220 kV class power transformer unit will be established, progressively expanding to 400 kV.
Strong Financial Growth & Market Migration
Viviana Power Tech reported substantial growth in FY26, showcasing robust financial health. The company also successfully migrated to the NSE Mainboard on June 2, 2026, following approval on May 21, 2026.
- Sales surged by 166% year-over-year to ₹501.67 crore.
- Net profit climbed by 195% to ₹50.18 crore.

Future Outlook & Diversification
Viviana’s strategic focus includes serving state power utilities, private power entities, and renewable energy developers. Its robust order book, exceeding ₹1,000 crore by the end of FY26, provides strong revenue visibility.
Management anticipates consolidated revenue to surpass ₹2,000 crore by FY30, with transformer manufacturing as a key growth driver. The company is also exploring opportunities in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), with projects in Rajasthan (100 MW/200 MWh) and Gujarat (65 MW/130 MWh) under development.
