UPL has reported a substantial consolidated net profit of Rs 10 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1FY27). This marks a significant financial turnaround for the company, moving from a net loss of Rs 88 crore in the prior year’s same quarter.
UPL’s Q1FY27 Financial Performance
The agrochemical major’s consolidated total income also saw an upward trajectory, increasing by 11.10% to Rs 10,398 crore during Q1FY27. This indicates a robust top-line growth at the group level.

In a separate strategic development, Golkunda Diamonds & Jewellery has officially commenced operations at its new manufacturing facility in Andheri East, Mumbai. This move, effective August 3, 2026, signals a significant shift in its long-standing business model.
