Technocraft Ventures made a strong stock market debut on Friday, with its shares listing at a significant premium on both the NSE and BSE. The company’s equity listed at Rs 285 on the NSE, marking a 34.43% premium over its issue price of Rs 212.

Market analysts offered varied guidance following the listing. Mahesh M Ojha of Kantilal Chhaganlal Securities advised short-term investors to consider booking partial profits if the stock achieved the expected 15-18% listing gain. However, he recommended that medium-to-long-term investors hold their shares, citing a favorable infrastructure outlook and strong execution visibility.
Technocraft Ventures, established in 1998 and headquartered in New Delhi, operates as a public infrastructure development company. It specializes in turnkey EPC projects, primarily serving state governments and government agencies. Its operational focus is in northern India, including Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, and the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
