Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced its intention to acquire Porsche AG’s MHP Management for 320 million euros. This move is coupled with a new five-year strategic partnership valued at 1.25 billion euros with Porsche AG and MHP.

UCO Bank’s board approved raising up to $1 billion in foreign currency funds via debt instruments under its MTN Programme. ICICI Bank priced $1 billion in senior unsecured fixed-rate notes as part of its $7.5 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme.
